Appointment Policy For Services Provided By Sameera Kamulkar

Life is uncertain and constantly changing. Sometimes even the best laid plans need to be changed. Just like any other professional who provides you services, it is important that you keep your appointments. I respect your time you requested, and, it is with respect that I provide my refund and cancellation policy, so that you have full knowledge of my professional services.

With this understanding in mind:

For any reason (illness or personal), if I am not available or able to do your reading, I will give you a new appointment slot at no additional charge.

If you are unable to keep our scheduled appointment, for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule within a 24 hour period before your reading appointment time. I will be happy to reschedule our appointment to a time that is more convenient, whenever you feel it is necessary within the next 30 days, no matter what the circumstance is, with at least a 24 hour notification that you need to provide for rescheduling.

There is a no refund policy for missed appointments. There are no exceptions.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients miss the opportunity to receive services.

If you choose to cancel our appointment, a 24 hour notice is required to receive a new slot for your appointment within the next 30 calendar days.

 

Appointment Policy For Online Consultations

(Tarot Therapy or Bach Remedy Consultations)

You must read the “Confirmation” e-mail/text message that I send you. Directions are contained within the e-mail.

I will wait 15 minutes for you to join the session.

If during that time I have not heard from you, I will consider the scheduled appointment a missed appointment.

There are no refunds for missed appointments. There are no exceptions.

If you do show up late without notification, regardless of your arrival time you will be charged and responsible for the full session fee. There are no exceptions.

 

Policy for Online Courses:

I have limited slots for all my online courses. Once you have signed up for a course, there will be no refunds. I will be happy to provide you with a seat in the next iteration of the same course within the next 90 calendars days.
